To the doctors at Leisureworld who gave medical care and some well-founded advice from time to time, I thank you. It was much appreciated.
  
  May I close by saying I wish you well. You are doing a difficult job with the utmost dignity for a group of seniors who are in the twilight of their lives and desire only love and respect from us all.

  I was in Brantford at the beginning of April to visit my family ... It was particularly hard for me to leave (my relative) when it was time to return to Lethbridge; however, I left knowing that he was being well cared for. I have nothing but praise for all of your staff for the caring, respect and dignity which was shown to the residents. I saw patience shown for family members and the residents. Every day I went to the kitchen for a coffee for my Dad and me, and even while busy preparing meals, the staff were always cheerfully accommodating. I know that some Long Term Care facilities have issues that need correcting related to the treatment of patients but I only saw kindness and tenderness at Leisureworld.

  I have to say that the level of care at Leisureworld - Ellesmere is second to none. It appears as though you have selected each and every member of your TEAM, in every facet of responsibility, with extreme care. The residents are all treated with respect, sensitivity, love and kindness one cannot help but notice. It doesn't matter what time of day or evening I visit my Dad, the same caring atmosphere continues to exist.
  
  In addition, when my Dad moved to Leisureworld, he had just come out of hospital, having endured major surgery on his left leg. It had left him very weak and run-down. Today, thanks to Dr. Lewis and the rest of your health care staff, his health has improved tremendously. He is now enjoying a real sense of physical and emotionally well-being. His decision to choose your facility was a good one. On behalf of my family, I would like to say THANKS to you and your entire TEAM with the hope that the high standard of care given at your facility will continue forever!

  On Sunday afternoon (March 7th) we had the privilege of being able to stay at Leisureworld and have supper with our sister. The meal was wonderful and the staff - even with the extra work we caused them - were great. On behalf of my family I would like to say thank you.
